Through a multicultural lens, I view people holistically, and take into account all aspects of their identity. I help clients uncover patterns in their life that they might not be aware of and provide them the tools to change.
My philosophy is that every client needs a safe place to be seen and understood in order for change to occur. It is important for me to help my clients feel empowered and believe that they can overcome their present life circumstance.
