Sometimes it is difficult to find “THE” therapist for you. It is not my job to "fix" you, but to create a space that allows you to improve your life. My approach is one of authenticity and transparency, reminiscent of a combination of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
