I believe in the power of building self-awareness and working toward an improved quality of life. I am passionate about empowering my clients in making intentional, value informed choices that work for them in a sustainable way. I have a direct, solution-oriented approach, which aids individuals in addressing behaviors and thought processes that impact their lives in a way that does not work for them in the present. Ultimately, I guide my clients to building resiliency, self-compassion, and adaptive skills to accept those challenges and pains which naturally come throughout life.
My philosophy focuses on building a respectful, honest, and collaborative relationship with my clients. I believe each client is the expert on themselves and their needs. In our sessions, we will use holistic and eclectic approaches focusing on mindfulness, trauma informed interventions, and value driven approaches.
Through providing a warm, safe, and supportive therapeutic space, my hope is to help individuals identify their own goals for therapy and guide them in managing hurdles in their life. I believe we cannot address challenges in life in isolation, and I hope to offer the support needed to overcome any challenges in life.
