I work with individuals who present with anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorders and Nuerodivergence, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, and college and graduate student mental health. My therapy approach combines warmth, compassion, and humor. Through this, I can provide you with support and guidance to help navigate through life's challenges
We will work together to develop and grow your self-determination and self-awareness in order to empower you to make better decisions and provide you with hope and motivation.
