My path into counseling is rooted in a deep respect for service and community. Before becoming a therapist, I served in the United States Marine Corps. That experience, along with years of work in schools, healthcare, and community settings, shaped my understanding of the quiet weight many people carry. I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and life’s challenges. Many of my clients are capable and dedicated, yet feel overwhelmed or disconnected. Together, we work to restore purpose, build balance, and reconnect you with what matters most.
I use an integrative approach and often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which allows us not only to address stress and anxiety, but also to strengthen secure and meaningful connections in your relationships.
When you sit down with me, you can expect a space that feels calm, supportive, and genuinely caring. Therapy doesn’t have to be a place where you have it all figured out or say the “right” things. You can just show up as you are, on the good days and the hard ones. We’ll work at your pace in a safe, supportive space, with encouragement, and gentle challenge.
