While I have broad training as a generalist, I specialize in trauma and abuse, spirituality, relationships, and embodiment. I prioritize creating a safe, trusting, and hopeful environment. I believe in the dual powers of acceptance and constructive challenge, guiding individuals through their fears and challenges toward healing and restoration. Counseling is an opportunity for me to help others reduce pain, navigate life's complexities, and enhance their joy, purpose, and self-acceptance.

My therapeutic approach includes techniques like narrative-focused trauma care, relational psychoanalysis, Internal Family Systems, and somatic experiencing informed care. I assist adults dealing with a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, spiritual exploration, and the processing of complex trauma and abuse.
