We work with individual adults who have a long history of childhood trauma, sexual violence and abuse, difficult family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, cultural differences with their parents, family members with substance use issues, social anxiety, phobias, and depression. We help you process what happened, attend to and be with your emotions without dissociating, and rather find relief from sharing the stories. We also work with people whose doctors have recommended seeking trauma therapy like EMDR therapy.
We are a trauma-focused group practice. Our Trauma Therapists will help you reclaim your life through insightful reflections as well as open and warm approaches that are process-based. We also offer EMDR Therapy, PTSD Treatment, Anxiety Therapy, Depression Therapy, and Therapy for Bipolar Disorder.
Our job is to provide a safe space as a foundation and build on it to face the trauma to bring healing. Our therapists identify as Asian Immigrants, Asian Americans, Latina, and Pacific Islanders. We bring a culturally sensitive lens to learn about your unique family culture to make you feel heard and seen.
