I hold an integrative and holistic therapeutic perspective that seeks to look at the whole picture of a person's life. We have many pieces to our lives that affect how we see ourselves and how we interact with others.
I invite the use of creative expression to help facilitate this exploration with no pressure to create art, rather to emphasize a new lens of approach.
