My name is Ashley Abbott, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. When we are feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what we need, it's hard to invite someone into that struggle. What sets me apart is my genuine warmth and commitment to working alongside you every step of the way. I prioritize clear communication, so you always feel heard and understood, and I strive to make each session productive, focused, and tailored to your unique needs. I can treat anxiety, depressive disorders, life transitions, relationship problems, suicidal ideation, and behavioral challenges. To treat trauma and PTSD I use TF-CBT & EMDR modalities. Additionally, I offer Christian counseling for those who want to incorporate faith into therapy. I specialize working with preteens, adolescents and adults.

Therapy with me is an active and collaborative experience. I believe in getting to the heart of the matter with honesty, compassion, and a clear path forward. My approach is direct but deeply supportive—I don’t just sit back and listen, I actively help you uncover what’s not working, explore what’s possible, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
