Hello! I’m a compassionate therapist who believes acceptance and empathy are at the center of every therapeutic relationship. I put an emphasis on creating a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe sharing their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. One of my biggest goals when working with individuals is to help them feel empowered and confident in their everyday lives.
I work collaboratively with clients and their families and uses a variety of treatment modalities tailored to each individual client. I mainly draw from the experiential play therapy model when working with children and incorporates Sand-Tray therapy and other creative approaches.
