Accepting new clients via Telehealth. I strongly believe everyone deserves access to support in their own way, in their own time. I am a provider who encourages clients to address their concerns and heal in a supportive space. Starting or returning to therapy is brave, and I admire your choice to be here. Sometimes the thing we need most is to be heard, and I am honored that you might choose me to listen.
I believe honesty is the most genuine way to approach work and with me, trust is exactly what you'll get. I specialize in counseling those who have experienced a life-changing trauma. I am here to support everyone but work most often with survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, gun violence, grief, and those who have lost a loved one to suicide.
Trauma can impact anyone and therapy can be a great way to steady ourselves. I am here for you. I practice CBT, primarily, and believe you are the driver of your own life. I am client-centered and will work with clients to process emotions, establish goals, and more. I have experience with folks from many of life's intersections and welcome all to reach out.
