I have over a decade of experience in helping people just like you heal from traumatic events, dysfunctional childhoods, and unhealthy relationships. I have received specialized training in EMDR, anxiety, and perinatal mental health. I work from a depth perspective, blending psychodynamic and CBT approaches. I use Gottman and Imago interventions for couples.
