My hope is to help clients move through life by processing, healing, and finding the strength they may need to live a more open and healthy life. My therapeutic approach has evolved to be influenced by relational, emotion-focused, and attachment-based therapy. I aim to provide a safe environment filled with compassion and acceptance for you to find the path that feels best for you.
I specialize in working with individual adults (18+) in areas including but not limited to anxiety, depression, gender identity, grief, trauma, loss, and relationship difficulties. I also have experience and specialize in helping clients who struggle with substance abuse or who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My goal is to help my clients understand their needs/wants while also understanding how creating change can be difficult. I believe that providing connection, safety and engaging in emotion will lead to authenticity and creating growth. I believe that with guidance and support you can change the path you are on and take the road less traveled.
