I specialize in helping people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, and problems with interpersonal relationships. My goal with every client is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I aim to develop a strong therapeutic relationship built on mutual-respect, empathy, authenticity, and trust. I enjoy helping people realize how their past affects the present and the value of learning to recognize, process and manage their emotions in ways that improve their functioning and quality of life.
I offer 50 minute virtual talk therapy sessions. My approach is best described as "eclectic," drawing from a variety of evidence based treatment modalities and tailored to each client's specific needs. I typically use elements of person-centered, emotionally-focused, Internal Family Systems, and psychodynamic therapy.
