I work with clients to better understand themselves, manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and live a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values. I work with children, teens, adults, and families seeking support, practical tools, and guidance as they navigate challenges and build greater confidence and emotional well-being.

I take a person-centered, collaborative approach and draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused approaches, and Geek Therapy. These modalities help clients relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions while building self-compassion and moving toward values-driven lives.

Seeking support can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
