***Not accepting new clients at this time*** As a therapist, my passion is helping women navigate the many stresses and curveballs life throws at us. Society expects a lot of women and its impossible to meet all of those expectations. I am here to help you determine what makes you thrive and help build your confidence to take the steps to reach your dreams. Together we will find your calm, bring out your inner strength, and work to balance the many roles you have.
I specialize in women’s mental health. Some of the issues I treat are: anxiety, depression, stress management, and maternal mental health (both perinatal and postpartum anxiety/depression.) I work with women experiencing: motherhood, high stress levels, low self-esteem, trauma, burnout, challenging transitions, and poor support systems.
You don't have to do this alone. Please reach out to get the support you need and deserve.
