I'm here to help you feel more like you again. Starting counseling can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to create a space that eases that pressure. I offer a space where you can feel safe, supported, and free to be your true self as you begin this journey. Healing takes time—but it doesn’t have to feel heavy or lonely. I am dedicated to assist you in navigating your journey. I meet you where you are and work with you at your pace with no judgment. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults with various needs including, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationships.
I am an EMDR certified therapist. My primary therapeutic approach centers around EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), but I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a person-centered framework to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
