I am passionate about creating a safe space for individuals ready to explore their own healing and work towards creating a more fulfilling life. I believe that allowing yourself to heal from past trauma creates space for deeper connections, trust and authenticity.
I have been trained in EMDR, DBT, 12-step work and am currently completing a 3 year somatic experiencing training. I specialize in treating partners and family members of those suffering from addiction/alcoholism.
I feel that engaging in therapy is a gift we can give ourselves as we work towards self-acceptance and increasing vulnerability. Investing in ourselves and staying curious about our personal growth leads to deeper connections in life and greater fulfillment.
