Is your life not going the way you want it to go? I'm here to help clients through hardships/struggles as we focus on fostering happier, healthier, and more peaceful times. I use an integrated approach, working collaboratively with clients to meet the goals they desire. If you are stressed, experiencing anxiety, depression, family drama, are a parent seeking support for a child/teen, or just want to talk to someone who will listen, then give me a call. I work with my clients at a pace comfortable for them while also gently pushing from time to time because growth and progress are often found outside our comfort zones.
I help clients learn coping skills, behavioral strategies, communication skills, relationship skills, and identify/express emotions causing them distress. Everyone is different, so I work with the client to best help them meet their needs. I mainly use a CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based integrated approach. I also use art and narrative therapy where appropriate.
Life is not easy in general and can be 10x harder when you are alone or feel alone. A lot of us try to do our best to just survive, let alone have the quality of life we want for ourselves or our loved ones. It is okay to ask for help - even necessary at times. Feel free to reach out when ready!
