I approach therapy in a nonjudgmental fashion. We come from all walks of life, and our views and values may vary. Together we can create a safe and inviting atmosphere for you to tell your story, and be heard. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from varying backgrounds with different presenting needs. I can assist you in self-exploration at your desired level: to help you understand how past and present experiences impact your current life; to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself; to feel healthier and more satisfied by maximizing your individual potential and better understanding limiting beliefs.
I am certified through PsyPact, and offer telehealth services in 43 participating states including Utah. Find out if your state qualifies via the PsyPact website. I provide in person therapeutic services in Park City, and telehealth services throughout Utah. Consultative, and post divorce forensically informed services are provided on a case by case basis.
