About

We are not made up of one isolated incident, but of many experiences over the course of a lifetime and because of that, one experience informs another. My practice takes a holistic approach in order to validate and support the complex and layered nature of human beings, which includes a strength-based, anti-oppression, and intersectional framework. Together, we can work on processing difficult feelings, remove any barriers to healing, and learn coping strategies that will foster resilience.
The focus of my work has been in trauma related to gender-based violence, intimate partner/domestic violence, unhealthy/toxic relationships, and sexual harm. This work also includes addressing symptoms of PTSD, building healthier relationships to self and others, and creating boundaries to allow you to feel safe and in control.
I provide trauma- informed treatment through evidence-based practices while also creating a safe, open, and judgement free space.
