Welcome! Today you've made the decision to begin a new path towards a stronger emotional well-being. I am a bi-racial clinician and my goal is to provide culturally competent therapy and create the safest space for you to share your story with me. My job is to gain your trust and collaborate with you to help you build the skills you need to feel successful and content in your own life. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and coaching.
I've had the honor of working as a therapist since 2011 providing services to individuals, children, teens, adults, couples and families. My professional experience includes providing therapy for survivors of trauma (domestic violence, community violence, abuse, etc), working with anxiety disorders, helping to process phase of life issues, couples issues.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral coping strategies, utilize attachment theory, and solution focused/strength-based approach to help you gain relief and build on existing strengths. As a coach, we will work together to get things done! You select which area you want to be more accountable and we will ensure you reach that goal.

Mama Support Group
This is a peer support group for mothers with children 3 and under (can be more than 1 child). Motherhood comes with so many tasks and new responsibilities that can feel overwhelming. In our group you can share what you're experiencing and all of its struggles. However please know, I do not promote or encourage sleep training.
