I am more humanistic and existential in my approach to therapy. I believe that having a genuine human connection with someone can be a healing experience itself. That being said, I do utilize some behavioral approaches as well. I believe each client is unique and different, and there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. My goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for us to figure out what works best for you on your journey to heal.
I work with trauma (early childhood and adult), mood disorders, personality disorders, grief and loss, vocational counseling, autism, and ADHD using a variety of different styles and approaches. I look forward to getting to know each individual and am honored to be included on their journey to heal.
