I frequently aid people who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment struggles/life transitions (i.e. college, relocation, divorce, death, etc.), perinatal/postpartum mood struggles, and LGBTQ+ struggles.
I have pursued specialty trainings and have achieved my Perinatal Mental Health Certification, along with completion of Phases 1 and 3 of Brainspotting. I love to learn, share, and help others. You don't have to do this alone.
