Change is inevitable, but that doesn't make it easy. I have a particular interest in childhood and family trauma. I have been trained in Gottman, CBT, DBT, and Mind Body Bridging. I use methods and approaches used in play therapy and in art therapy during sessions with clients. I rely heavily on attachment in relationships when working when parents and children.
I firmly believe loving, healthy connections heal our souls.
