As a therapist specializing in infertility and reproductive mental health, I bring both professional training and personal experience to the therapeutic relationship. Having gone through IVF myself, I understand firsthand the emotional, physical, and relational challenges that can arise along the path to parenthood. I am also knowledgeable in the complexities of donor conception and the unique emotional landscape that accompanies alternative family-building journeys. My lived experience informs my work in an authentic and compassionate way, creating a space where clients feel seen, validated, and supported.
My clinical work is grounded in a trauma-informed, integrative approach. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
I have received specialized training in reproductive loss, grief, and trauma, and bring a deep sensitivity to the often unseen and disenfranchised experiences of those navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, failed IVF cycles, and complex decisions about family-building.
