I am a nationally certified, licensed professional counselor as well as a certified nutrition coach. My counseling and therapy services focus on supporting women of color who are ready to thrive as the highest version of themselves. Specifically, I create a safe space for women to process the pains of being a Strong Woman/Superwoman, and I help them learn how to center their spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental health, so they can live the life they deserve.
I help clients transform their mindset by addressing traumas and other factors that contribute to negative thinking patterns & low self-concept. I also help clients improve their connection to themselves & others. As a nutrition coach, I enjoy teaching clients how to prioritize rest, healthy eating, and intentional movement as catalysts for true healing.
