I strive to provide a supportive and collaborative environment to assist you in taking the time to explore the things you seek to understand. My goal is to help you build your “mental tool box” with effective coping skills, confidence, and self-awareness to tackle any obstacle that is thrown your way.
I have experience working with adults, college-aged adults, adolescents struggling with severe mental illness (depression, anxiety, trauma) and substance use. Additionally, a specialty area of mine is working with athletes from youth to college-aged on a variety of mental skills and resiliency techniques.
