I believe that therapy should be a collaborative effort in assisting the client to discover the strengths that they already possess, while showing them how to use those tools to build a better life. I have 10 years of experience working with individuals and couples. Assisting couple's in navigating through relationship challenges is one of my specialties and I am trained in the Gottman Method. My experience has been with grief/loss, couple infidelity, trauma recovery, life stage issues, communication, anxiety & depression.
