Situations such as the death of a loved one, trauma and health issues never ask permission to creep into our lives but the opportunity to learn skills from certain therapeutic modalities are available.
Therapeutic modalities such as Eye Desensitization Movement Reprocessing known as EMDR utilized to process traumatic events, Bowen and Structural Marriage and Family therapy utilized to identify and target negative patterns of the behaviors that we sometimes do not even realize we are doing. Narrative therapy to help the individual explore oneself.
