I specialize in clinical and interpersonal hypnotherapy as well as neuro-somatic therapy. I enjoy working with modalities that directly focus on the subconscious and conscious mind together. This is where we see long-lasting and effective change when it comes to limiting beliefs, old narratives, and patterns showing up in our lives.
I’m especially guided by the sacred relationship that forms between practitioner and client—where safety, trust, and genuine human connection become the foundation for transformation.
