It is my goal to create a safe environment for you to tell your stories; a brave space where you feel empowered to speak your mind and make lasting changes in your life. My main purpose as your therapist is to help you let go of your need to be “perfect” and learn to love yourself.
We will dig into the nitty gritty details of your life and work together to challenge your negative thinking, to push yourself, and to grow.
