I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist devoted to helping children, adolescents, and high-achieving adults, particularly those in the entertainment, business, and faith-leadership spheres, cultivate balance, purpose, and lasting emotional well-being. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relational challenges, and trauma, especially when emotional stress is layered with responsibility, visibility, or high expectations.
I work extensively with youth who experience big feelings, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, or difficulty regulating emotions, offering developmentally attuned, supportive care that helps young clients feel safe, understood, and empowered while building emotional awareness, confidence, and coping skills.
