In today’s polarized world, it’s easy to feel anxious, depressed, or cut off from others. You may find yourself hesitant to share your opinions, angry at the pressure to conform, or estranged from people who are important to you. If you’re struggling with boundaries, connection, or simply finding your voice, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll create opportunities for you to discover and reconnect with yourself to allow you to move forward with clarity and confidence. I work with couples, all types of romantic partnerships, individual adults, and adolescents (12+).
I enjoy helping people who feel stuck in their heads—whether through overthinking, constant self-analysis, or intrusive thoughts. Anxiety, depression, and hopelessness may feel all too familiar. Perhaps you're aware there's another way to live but aren’t sure how to reach it. My role is to support you in finding your own unique path.
