Hello! My name is Asher. It's great to meet you!
My primary areas of interest include navigating gender identity and gender affirming care, sexuality, neurodivergence, and addressing sexual trauma, depression and anxiety, and chronic pain. Navigating the world can be complicated - especially if you find yourself in between the margins of identity. My goal for our space together is to create a space where you can unpack shame and feel seen, heard, and supported on your journey of growth and healing.
I am a lifelong advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and offers an intersectional, trauma-informed, and sex-positive approach to therapy. I firmly believe that each person deserves to feel empowered to live as honestly and authentically as possible.
Some of the approaches I offer are, but are not limited to, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and ACT.
