I work with people navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions—especially LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and ENM clients. Many are sorting through religious trauma, burnout, or feeling like they don’t quite fit in the systems around them. I help clients understand patterns, process their experiences, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable. As a neurodivergent, trans therapist, I bring both lived experience and a strong commitment to creating a space that feels affirming, respectful, and grounded in real understanding.
I offer trauma-informed, client-centered therapy using DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing. I support clients in understanding patterns, processing experiences, and making changes that feel realistic and sustainable. . I specialize working with transgender adults and youth and can provide letters for gender affirming care.
