I provide a nonjudgmental and empowering atmosphere. My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm, safe and collaborative environment. Clients can navigate and overcome all of their life’s challenges. I have 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children.
I am trained as a trauma-informed therapist. I guide and support clients through a strength-focused approach. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I assist with developing self-esteem, self-worth, and life transitions. I offer different approaches to guide clients in identifying difficulties and developing strategies to manage them.
I invite my clients to just be; let’s bring our true authentic selves to the session. I focus on developing rapport with my clients and establishing a safe space.
