I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors. I have done crisis work for the past 16 years and am now on my way to becoming a licensed counselor. My areas of focus are grief, trauma, anxiety, addiction, and depression. I work from an person-centered theoretical model and use techniques from the Internal Family Systems framework.
My approach to therapy is simple: I want to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s ups and downs. I believe everyone has the ability to heal and grow, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

12-Week Mindfulness-Based Grief Support Group
Kula Wellness Group is pleased to announce the next cohort of our 12-week virtual grief group designed to provide compassionate support and mindfulness-based coping strategies for individuals navigating the complex emotions of loss. Facilitated by Asher Burk, NCC, this group will create a safe space for participants to explore their grief, connect with others, and build resilience through mindfulness and evidence-based practices. This group will be offered virtually via Zoom (accessible anywhere in Georgia) and will begin on January 15, 2026.
