I work with adults who would like to improve their relationships. I work with couples, triads, throuples and polycules in addition to dyad couples. I can help rebuild trust and intimacy even when there has been a history of infidelity, I can teach communication skills to improve relationship satisfaction and reduce arguments and resentments. I can help you develop and maintain healthy boundaries and protect your personal identity even while having a relationship identity such as husband, wife or metamour.
I am a CBT practitioner; I help adults discover the connections between thoughts feeling/emotions and behaviors and how these impact relationships. I can help adults challenge their thoughts which changes their emotions/feelings and reduces problematic behaviors. This in turn improves satisfaction in relationships.
I have worked in mental health since 1997 and been in private practice since 2007. I am experienced in helping adults with one, or more than one partner gain satisfaction and fulfillment in their relationships. My goal is for you to love your life, to feel safe and secure in your relationships, and to feel autonomous and comfortable in your own skin.
