So many things that we have to navigate in life can feel overwhelming and the struggle can feel unwinnable. You don’t have to do it alone! We can work together to make a plan for making sure you have the tools you need to deal with any situation that arises in life, the big and the small and everything in between. I am a compassionate understanding open minded person who approaches mental health treatment through a trauma informed lens.
I am passionate about talking with and helping people who need an environment where they can feel free to express themselves in a judgement free zone. I use a variety of approaches and techniques depending on the unique situations of my clients to give them the best possible experience in healing themselves.
I am LGBTQ+ allied and sex positive. I also incorporate tools I’ve learned as a trained yoga teacher to aid in healing. I have both in person and virtual appointments. I look forward to hearing from and working with you.
