I am a professional counselor who strongly believes that we can heal ourselves through a shift in our thought patterns, behaviors & mindset. I enjoy working with men and women and teens who are struggling with the longterm aftermath of childhood trauma leading to increased experiences with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD & maladaptive attachment styles. I start the therapeutic experience by exploring your family history & build connections to current disruptive & unhealthy patterns impacting your mental health. I empathize with those struggling with change due to previous traumas, learned maladaptive thoughts, patterns & beliefs.
I incorporate trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapies. My current clients would describe me as down to earth, empathetic, professional and affirming. We currently work with children and families. At this time we are not accepting couples.
Asha’s current availability is Mon- Thurs 8 am- 3 pm. Amber & Avery’s current a availability is Mon, Wed and Thurs 4 pm- 8 pm.
