I work with clients to weave, unweave, and reweave the ways they hold their past, create presence in their present, and construct achievable goals for the future. My therapeutic approach includes elements of play, storytelling, arts, movement, parts work, dialectics, mindfulness, somatics, and other approaches that work best for each individual client.
