I strive to help clients learn to thrive in a world that wasn't designed for them. I specialize in working with the queer, neurodivergent and ENM/polyamorous communities, and I believe my biggest strength is a therapist is that I come from a place of lived experience within all of those communities. I use a humanistic approach pulling primarily from Existential Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I highly value the therapeutic alliance and pride myself in building safe and authentic relationships with my clients.
I am extremely passionate about making adult autism diagnosis accessible and offer low cost assessments.
As a provider serving primarily queer and neurodivergent clients, my approach typically includes healing past trauma that has been built up over years of being "different", utilizing EMDR. I also provide psychoeducation on neurodivergence to aid in self-understanding and acceptance, and teach my clients grounding and coping skills to manage symptoms.
