My counseling approach is liberatory, anti-racist, trauma-responsive, and LGBTQ+ and SWer affirming. As a queer and trans/nonbinary relational cultural therapist, I prioritize connection and care. My sessions combine skill-building with emotional processing, tailored to meet your needs and goals. My hope is to provide you with opportunities to experience catharsis and relief, while cultivating lasting resilience that will fortify you for the long haul.
