Navigating the transition from boyhood to manhood presents a unique set of challenges. From the turbulent teenage years marked by a quest for identity and belonging to the early adult years filled with the pressures of newfound responsibilities and societal expectations, the journey can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. Hello, I'm Ash Blanton, and my passion lies in guiding teen boys and young adult men through these pivotal phases of life. Over the years, I've had the privilege to work closely with countless young men, helping them harness their strengths, confront vulnerabilities, and find direction.
Each teen and young man brings a world rich in experiences, dreams, struggles, and potential. My therapeutic approach is tailored to teens and young men, working to help them create healthy ways of thinking and experiencing emotions. We utilize activities (like walks, ping pong, etc.) in therapy along with CBT to help clients achieve their goals.
Whether dealing with academic stress, peer pressures, relationship dynamics, self-esteem issues, or the broader questions of purpose and direction, I'm here to listen, support, and empower.
