Many of my clients are cycle-breaking individuals tired of code-switching, shrinking, and carrying generational weight alone. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and culturally grounded. I also facilitate a culturally affirming Parent Support Village for intentional caregivers.

I offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy grounded in ACT, somatic practices, and holistic spiritual frameworks. This work honors personal meaning, ancestral connection, and lived experience. I support clients navigating racial stress, relational challenges, identity shifts, burnout, and neurodivergence.

Parent Support Village

This Parent Support Village provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for parents of school-aged children to connect, reflect, and build community with others navigating similar challenges. Through guided discussion, experiential activities, psychoeducation, and peer support, participants explore topics such as parenting stress, emotional regulation, parental burnout, discipline, communication, identity outside of parenting, and balancing family responsibilities. The group emphasizes shared learning, self-reflection, and practical coping strategies while fostering connection and reducing isolation. Consistent participation is encouraged to promote trust, group cohesion, and ongoing support among members.
