My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, culturally grounded blending of evidence-based practices with identity-affirming care. I also facilitate Parent Support Village for parents, caregivers/guardians, and Regulated & Resilient for child-facing educators who are burnt out.

I offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy grounded in ACT, somatic practices, and holistic spiritual frameworks. This Parent Support Village provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for parents of school-aged children to connect, reflect, and build community with others navigating similar challenges. Through guided discussion, experiential activities, psychoeducation, and peer support, participants explore topics such as parenting stress, emotional regulation, parental burnout, discipline, communication, identity outside of parenting, and balancing family responsibilities.
