About
Not taking new Clients at this time: Asare Counseling Services is a counseling practice based in Silver Spring, Maryland. We focus on providing confidential individual counseling, consultation and trainings in many areas of need, including domestic abuse, substance use, relationship dynamics, divorce/separation, and co-parenting. We offer services that are holistic, practical, and meet the unique needs of culturally diverse communities.
We work with individuals who have challenges in many areas, who want to break free from unhealthy thought patterns that do not serve them, mental health issues, addictions that can lead to harmful behaviors, & domestic abuse. We support individuals ready to make changes and may require support along the stages of change, with no judgment.
Are you tired of doing this alone? We provide a non-judgmental space for you. It can be hard to start something new, and the first step is always the hardest. We are here to help you during these challenging times. Working with us can lead you towards sustainable change and better clarity, and we can do this together, one breath, one step, at a time.
