I specialize in working with adult individuals, couples, and entire family units using a holistic mental health framework. I am a certified provider of the Gottman Method, EMDR, Family Centered Treatment, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I also have extensive psychodynamic training and ample experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.
