My approach is built on a foundation of person-centered therapy and awareness practices. I believe that the strength of the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of positive outcomes. I work with individuals of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, and those navigating significant life changes. An eclectic approach draws from multiple modalities, and tailors each session to the specific needs of the the client.
My clinical approach involves clearly identifying where you'd like to be in your sense of self, relationships, work, and life path, and removing barriers to achieving these goals. We establish incremental steps that can be taken to begin to move towards the life you envision. Awareness practices connect you with the present moment.
