It takes courage to accept that we can’t do it alone. Life can be tough, and we all need support at times. I bring over 20 years of experience working with teenagers and adults in a variety of roles. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, addictions, and trauma. Combining professional experience in the field, as well as extensive life experience, my approach contains many elements. Utilizing a strength-based orientation, I allow you to guide the therapeutic process, and strive to unlock inherent strengths so you can not only survive – but thrive.
Drawing from my work as an Adolescent Counselor, Addictions Counselor, Behavior Interventionist, Wilderness Guide, and from my own life experience, my approach is specifically tailored to each individual. I have experience working with depression and anxiety, addictions, and trauma.
As a farmer, carpenter, and outdoor-enthusiast, I offer a realistic perspective on the struggles associated with rural life, as well as methodologies to address them. My approach uses science-backed daily protocols including lifestyle and dietary changes, coupled with mindfulness, to arm you with practical tools that can be used on a regular basis.
