Accepting new clients! My evolution as a therapist began at 50: entering grad school after divorce & an empty nest. I call this "Midlife Mastery". My service in life is educating folks about menopause, life transitions, mental health and mastering midlife! Aging is a privilege and we have a choice: stay stuck in the past or navigate the future with vibrancy, goals for obtaining personal joy and inner peace. I enjoy working with adults - providing solution focused, goal oriented support as you navigate the midlife and aging journey.
The core of my work is centered around re-writing life narratives. These narratives are handed to us at birth. In fact, part of that life narrative is a gift from our ancestors. This narrative can greatly impact your ability to navigate the ups and downs that typically occur as we travel our journey through life. Isn't it time for a rewrite?
